Provincial Offences Court violations

• Prepare documents, provide advice, and represent individuals in certain matters before the Provincial Offences Court, such as:
• Traffic violations (such as offences under the Highway Traffic Act, Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act, or municipal bylaw infractions), including speeding tickets, seatbelt violations, careless driving, driving licence suspensions, parking infractions, and driving without insurance. 
• Violations of municipal bylaws such as: trespassing, noise complaints, animal control, and waste disposal.

Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB)

Support for landlords and tenants with LTB applications, evidence preparation, negotiations, and hearing representation where permitted.

Small Claims Court (money owed or damage of property, up to $50,000)

• Represent individuals and businesses, as either plaintiff or defendant, with small claims court matters such as breach of contract, disputes with contractors, unpaid invoices, personal injury, debt collection, and damage to property.
• File claims, assemble documents and evidence, prepare clients and witnesses for appearance in court, and represent clients in court. 

Notary Public Services - In Person

Mobile notary service is available by appointment in North York and the GTA.

• Notarization of signatures and execution of documents (witnessing and attesting)  
• Notarial certificates, signature and seal applied to documents as required by the receiving organization  
• Certified true copies of original documents  

Notary services are provided in person. 

Commissioning services (affidavits and statutory declarations)

Remote commissioning by video, where permitted under Ontario’s remote commissioning regulation  

• Commissioning affidavits  
• Commissioning statutory declarations  
• Administering oaths and affirmations
• Completion of the jurat or declaration clause
